Meet Seth R. Brooks, DDS
Dr. Seth R. Brooks is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon specializing in dental implants, full arch rehabilitation, and advanced oral surgery procedures. He proudly serves patients throughout the Oklahoma City and Norman communities with a focus on precision, comfort, and exceptional patient care.
Raised in Blanchard, Oklahoma, Dr. Brooks is proud to care for patients in the region he calls home. He earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Oklahoma before completing his DDS at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. While working in an oral surgery practice during college, Dr. Brooks discovered a passion for the specialty and the unique blend of surgery, problem-solving, and patient care it offers. He went on to complete a dental anesthesia fellowship at Indiana University School of Medicine and his Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville.
Dr. Brooks is board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and focuses on immediate dental implants, full-arch rehabilitation, and advanced bone grafting, helping patients restore function, comfort, and confidence with long-lasting surgical solutions. He also performs wisdom teeth removal and facial trauma treatment. Known for combining surgical precision with a calm, reassuring approach, he strives to ensure patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their care.
Dr. Brooks maintains active hospital privileges at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and Norman Regional Hospital and provides oral and maxillofacial surgical care for student-athletes at the University of Oklahoma.
Outside the office, Dr. Brooks enjoys spending time with his wife, Heather, and their three children. When he’s not treating patients, he can often be found working out, playing a round of golf, cheering on the Sooners and the Oklahoma City Thunder, or planning his family’s next travel adventure.

Hello, I'm doctor brooks. Welcome to Oklahoma Dental implants, an oral surgery. I think so oftentimes in medicine and surgery, dentistry that it's very stiff and plain in vanilla. And I think my personal experience is to establish that one on one connection with the patient. And I just love to find that commonality between two individuals happens to be a doctor patient relationship and ultimately providing the really great oral surgery experience. It's typically the highlight of my day is a patient that came in and is just unbelievably anxious and is so worked up about undergoing anesthesia, having oral surgery, and seeing them in recovery afterwards when they're kind of finally waking up and I walk in and I asked them how they were doing, and they're just unbelievably relieved that it's done and they don't remember any of it and that they're they're not in pain anymore. And so it seems like we get that daily. So that's always one of my highlights of my day. I would like our practice to be known for the best patient experience possible. From the moment they walk through our front door and meet our team all the way through the surgical process and the follow up. Just that five star care. You know that text message or phone call they get from us after surgery or staff checking in on them the next day as well? We want to take care of patients like they're our family. That's our motto here. The patient comes first and that shines from the moment they meet us until we finish their care.
